Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms took some time to be ready, and there was no hot water. The restaurant only offered a set menu and seemed confused about a la carte options. On the positive side, it was conveniently located near an elevator, and minor inconveniences were swiftly addressed by the attentive staff. The price of €135 for the room was reasonable considering it was a Christmas gift.
The hotel rooms were a mix of pros and cons, with the immediate resolution of an annoyance and helpful staff making up for poor soundproofing that disturbed my sleep. It was a lovely room overall, but the initial heat was a discomfort affecting our rest.
The hotel was nicely located, clean, and spacious. The rooms were lovely and spacious, but not ready until 4 pm. However, there was no hot water, only a set menu in the restaurant, and a lack of understanding of à la carte options. The carpet in the room was dirty, and limited food options like only fish and chips for lunch were disappointing.
